Among the possible organization's possibilities Podium choose the most
useful in terms of responsability for those who are working that means
more freedom.
It's not the easiest model, but the most complicated.
It needs a lot of duties, quite many attentions, endless training and
space for training.
All this is supported by fat investment.
This
means it neither the cheapest. The receipt is not completed if you do
not put another ingredient, such as the passion of those who are working
in this business model.
Nevertheless in Podium we don't live to
work, but we work to live, we do all our possible effort to give the
best of us, even if we know there is no limit to do it better.
All this without forgetting those less lucky than us.
